Add vehicle to account

account_id: ID of Account
vehmodel: gps device model. Get id of vehicle model using command vehmodellist
imei: IMEI of device
type: type of vehicle. Get ID form command vehtypelist
name: Name of object in objects tree
msisdn: SIM card number
Optional parameters:
folder: Name of folder. If empty parameter, use root folder
info: Additional information
summer_fuel: Summer fuel consumption
winter_fuel: Winter fuel consumption
fuel_type: ( 50 - Disiel, 80 , 92, 95, 98, 100- Gas). By default - Disiel
lost_connection_time: lost connection parameter (sec). By default 1440 sec.
time_zone: By default Europe/Moscow
driver_name: Driver's name
driver_phone: Driver's phone
initial_mileage: Initial odo By default 0
speed_limit: Speed control. By default not active
minsat: Min sattilites count. By default 4.
maxhdop: Max HDOP. By default 21.
mintime: Min stop time. By default 3600 sec
maxspeed: Max speed. By default 250 km/h
minspeed: Min speed. By default 10 km/h
minparking: Min parking time. By default 300 sec
model: Vehicle's model. String.
year: Year of vehicle manufacture. By default 1900
vin: VIN number
