Completed tasks

The Completed tab displays all tasks that have been finished. Here, you can review previously completed tasks and their details.
Each task is displayed as a card showing the following information:
  • task name
  • task number
  • start date and time
  • end date and time
  • actual completion time
 

Sorting tasks

To change the order in which completed tasks are displayed:
1. Open the Completed tab
2. Tap the list settings icon in the upper-right corner

3. In the List settings window, select a sorting option:
  • Newest First — recently completed tasks are displayed at the top of the list.
  • Oldest First — tasks completed earlier are displayed at the top of the list.
    4. Tap Apply
The list will be updated automatically.
 

Viewing a completed task

To view task details, tap the required task card in the list.
The task card opens and displays information about the route, visited points, and completion results.

Task information

The top section of the task card displays:
  • start date and time
  • end date and time
Below is the Task Information section. Depending on the system configuration, it may contain:
  • task name
  • company or customer name
  • contact phone number
  • office address
  • task description
  • cargo information
  • other additional details

Waybill

The Waybill section displays all points that were included in the task.
Completed tasks
For each point, the following information is shown:
  • point name and address
  • point number
  • completion status
  • date and time of the visit
To view details about a point , tap it in the list.
The information panel displays:
  • full address
  • point  status
  • start time at the point
  • completion time at the point

Point actions

The following actions are available for a point:
Completed tasks
  • Copy address — copy the address to the clipboard
  • Show on map — open the point location on the map

Route map

To view the route, tap the map icon in the upper-right corner of the task card.
The map displays the route and all task points.
