Created users

The Created Users report provides information about user accounts created in the system. It allows you to check the account creation date, user role, current status, and account expiry date.

What the report shows

  • Login — the login name used to access the system
  • Creation Time — the date and time when the user account was created
  • User Role — the user’s role in the system, for example, Admin or User
  • Display Name — the user name displayed in the system
  • Password Last Set — the date and time when the password was last set
  • Account Expiry — the account expiry date. If no expiry date is set, unlimited is displayed
  • Status — the current account status, for example, active or block
  • Created By — the user who created the account
