Displaying gas stations on the map
The main PILOT map can display gas stations belonging to connected fuel networks. This allows you to view their locations and check which stations are close to your objects.
The saved gas station coordinates are also used to verify fuel card transactions. PILOT compares the object’s location at the time of the transaction with the location of the specified gas station.

How to display gas stations
1. Open Fuel station types on the map
2. Select the required fuel networks
The gas stations belonging to the selected networks appear on the map
. To hide the stations belonging to a particular network, clear the corresponding checkbox.

The list includes only the fuel networks connected to the account. If the required network or gas station is unavailable, contact technical support.
To request a new gas station, provide:
-
the fuel network name
-
the gas station address
-
its latitude and longitude
Technical support will check the information and add the gas station to the system.
Checking coordinates for a transaction
After a gas station has been added, its coordinates are used to verify transactions. To view the result:
1. Open the Fuel cards module
2. Select the Transactions tab
3. Select the required transaction
4. Check Coincidence in the operation details:
-
the green Correspond status means that the object was within 100 metres of the saved gas station coordinates
-
the red Not correspond status means that the object was more than 100 metres away from the saved gas station coordinates

If the gas station coordinates have not yet been added, PILOT cannot complete the check correctly. Contact technical support and provide the station’s address, latitude, and longitude.
