License agreement
WEB SERVICE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT IS A FORMAL CONTRACT. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT, THEN DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS SOFTWARE.
Satellite transport monitoring system "Pilot". The copyright holder is Sky Electronics LLC on the basis of Service certificate for computers No. 2013616727 dated July 17, 2013. It is used to monitor a commercial vehicle fleet, reduce costs and increase the efficiency of fleet management.
The Licensor grants the Licensee the right to use the Service by:
— reproduction on their own computers for the purpose of servicing connected End Users, limited to launching, configuring and integrating with other Licensee software,
— carrying out demonstration actions with the Service in order to attract End Users and transfer the right to use the Service to End Users on the basis of a Sublicense Agreement.
The right to use the Service is granted under the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) license.
License period: during the paid period specified in the Invoice.
Territory in which use of the Service is permitted: Russian Federation.
The Licensee has the right to use the Service only for the direct functional purpose of the Service.
The licensee has the right to conclude a Sublicense Agreement only to the extent of the rights granted to it.
The Agreement does not limit the Licensor’s right to conclude licensing agreements in relation to the Service with other persons.
The rights to the Service are limited to the “right to use”, and none of the provisions of the Agreement imply the alienation to the Licensee of any exclusive rights of the Licensor.
