Garbage collection tracking report

The Garbage Collection Tracking Report provides information about visits made by waste collection vehicles to collection points during the specified period. It allows you to monitor assigned route completion, check vehicle arrival and departure times, and identify the collection points that were actually visited.
The data is grouped by vehicle and date. For each vehicle, the report lists the collection points visited during the corresponding day.

What the report shows

• Vehicle ID — the name, registration number, or fleet number of the vehicle
• Vehicle Type — the vehicle type
• Driver Name — the driver assigned to the vehicle
• Assigned Route — the route assigned to the vehicle
• Notes — additional notes
• Collection Point — the name or full address of the waste collection point
• Location — the actual location of the visited point, displayed as a link together with its geographic coordinates
• Arrival — the date and time when the vehicle arrived at the collection point
• Departure — the date and time when the vehicle left the collection point
• Notes — additional information about the visit to the collection point
Links in the Location column allow you to open the corresponding point on the map. Comparing the Collection Point with the actual Location helps verify whether the required point was visited.
The report helps you:
— monitor compliance with waste collection routes
— verify the sequence in which collection points were visited
— determine how long the vehicle remained at each collection point
— identify missed collection points or deviations from the assigned route
— analyze vehicle and driver activity by day
