How to install and log into the app

In this article, we will explain how to start working with the PILOT mobile app. You will learn:
— how to install the app on your smartphone
— how regular users can log in
— how administrators can log in and manage user accounts
— available login settings
 

Installing the app

To start using the mobile version of PILOT, install the app on your smartphone.

Method 1. Via the App Store

1. Open the app store on your phone:
  • Google Play for Android
  • App Store for iPhone
    2. In the search bar, type: PILOT
    3. Find the app with the official brand icon and click Install

Method 2. Using a direct link

You can go directly to the app store via a link on your smartphone:

Go to the App Store
After you open the link, install the PILOT app. Once installed, the PILOT icon will appear on your smartphone screen. Tap it to open the app.
 

Logging into the app

To log into the app, make sure you have:
  • A smartphone with the PILOT mobile app installed
  • An internet connection
  • Your login credentials for your PILOT account

Steps to log in

1. Откройте приложение PILOT
2. На стартовом экране введите логин и пароль от своего веб-аккаунта
1. Open the PILOT app
2. On the welcome screen, enter your login and password from your web account
3. Tap Sign in
4. If you want to save your login details and avoid entering them every time, check the Remember me box
5. Choose the server to log into
After successful login, you will be taken to the main screen of the app, where the different sections will be available.

Logging in as an administrator

Administrators can log in using their credentials and immediately see the profiles of all users under the contract. They can quickly switch between accounts, help colleagues, and manage settings in the mobile app.
1. Enter the administrator’s login and password
2. Tap Sign in
3. Select the server to log into
4. A list of contracts associated with the administrator will appear in the app
5. Tap the desired account
6. Select a specific user within the contract to access their personal account
 

Login settings

On the login screen, in the top-right corner, there is an icon . Tap on it to open the Login settings.
Here you can:

  • Registration with device

    QR code

    :

    The app will scan a QR code that already contains the object’s data.
    1. Scan the QR code on the device or in the PILOT system
    2. Make sure the QR code fits within the frame on your screen, and the app will automatically scan it
    3. Choose the action:
  • Sing in: If you already have an account in the PILOT system, the device will be automatically linked to your existing account
  • Registration: If you don't have an account, the app will prompt you to create a new one, and the device will be added to the new account
New user registration:
1. Fill out the required information:
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Password
  • Confirm password
    Tap Continue.
    2. Email verification
     A verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter the code on the confirmation screen. If you don't receive the email, you can request a resend after the timer ends. Tap Confirm
After successful verification, you will be logged into the app, and the device scanned via QR code will be linked to your PILOT account.

  • Change server:

    Enter the address of the desired server and save the changes by tapping Accept

  • Go to system settings:

    Open your smartphone’s settings and grant the necessary permissions to the app
To exit the Login settings section, tap Cancel.
