How to view notifications

When an event configured in the system occurs, you receive a notification. It appears in the Alerts window.

When you log in to the system for the first time, this window may open automatically. If you closed or minimized it, open it again by clicking the notification icon on the top panel.

The icon shows the number of unread notifications, so you can immediately see whether there are any new events.

What is shown in the Alerts window

In the window, you will see a list of all notifications. For each event, the following is displayed:

— date and time when the notification was triggered

— object

— notification text with an event description

Click a notification to expand it and view the details. In the expanded view, the following may be displayed:

— a more detailed event description

— additional information, such as: address, geofence, direct link to the event

The following options are available at the bottom of the window:

Clear — remove the list of notifications from the window
Mute — turn off the sound for new notifications
OK — close the Alerts window
