How to view video

If your account has the Video module enabled and video devices are installed on your objects, you can view video footage recorded by these devices.

1. In the Objects section, select the object that has a connected camera

2. Open the object’s menu and go to the Video tab

3. In this tab, you will see previews of all connected cameras

4. Click on the desired camera to open the video player

 

In the video player, you can:

Switch between cameras using the arrows

Turn the camera sound on/off

Take screenshots

Maximize the video to full screen

1. To view the video history, tap the history icon in the upper right corner of the video player

2. In the History section tap the icon and select a date and time to filter the recordings. Then tap Apply

 

In the video history player, the date and the current time of the frame are displayed. You can quickly navigate to a specific moment in the recording by moving the slider.

While viewing video history, you can:

Take screenshots

Toggle sound on/off

Maximize the video to full screen
