Rights
The Rights tab controls the actions the user can perform in PILOT. For example, you can allow the user to view reports and edit objects while preventing them from creating or deleting data.

Rights are organized into categories. The available categories depend on the enabled modules and account configuration. They may include permissions for:
-
Working with vehicles
-
Creating and editing objects
-
Managing sensors and tags
-
Viewing and generating reports
-
Working with geofences
-
Accessing financial data
-
Changing account settings
-
Using additional modules
Configuring rights
To grant rights to a user:
1. Open the user card
2. Select the Rights tab
3. Expand the required category
4. Select the checkboxes next to the permitted actions

5. Click Save
Selecting the checkbox next to a category enables all rights within it. If the user needs only specific capabilities, expand the category and select the required rights individually.
To find a specific right more quickly, enter its name in the search field.

Grant users only the rights they need for their work. Access to objects, drivers, and tags is configured separately on the corresponding tabs of the user card.
