Searching for a user

On the Staff and groups tab, you can search for a user by login, account name, or email address.

1. Enter part of the value in the search field in the upper-right corner

2. The list updates automatically to display only matching records

Search is not case-sensitive, so you can use uppercase or lowercase letters

To display all users again, click the clear icon in the search field.

 

The account owner is highlighted in green in the user list, making them easy to distinguish from other users in the account.

The account owner cannot be deleted through the PILOT interface. To assign another owner, contact your administrator or technical support.
