Sending commands from a template based on notification conditions

If the Notifications module is enabled, you can configure commands from a saved template to be sent automatically when the notification conditions are met.

First, create a template for the required device type.

1. In the account settings, open Notifications

2. Create a notification or open an existing one.

3. In the Notification config window, under Type and Name, select the Command template checkbox.

4. Click the pencil icon in the Command template field

5. Select the device type and a template previously created for it

6. Click Save

7. Save the notification

The selected template will appear in the Command template field. When the notification conditions are met, PILOT will send the commands defined in the template to the device.
