Service reminder report

 

A service reminder report is a report that informs a customer that maintenance or repairs are required on their equipment or vehicle.

The service reminder report can be sent to the client by mail, email, SMS, messenger or any other convenient method.

 

• Registration - the name of the object in the system;

• Description - name of the reminder;

• Service type - types of services;

• Every - number of reminder days;

• Warning period - remind the number of days;

• SMS notification - the number to which the notification was received;

• Email Notification - the email to which the notification was received.

 

 

If necessary, you can disable certain parts of the report by clicking on the icon , when pressed, a menu opens where you can disable / enable certain fields.
