Shifts summary 2

This summary report helps you analyze vehicle activity by shifts. It shows how mileage and operating time are distributed between the first shift, the second shift, and time outside shifts.
The report uses the object’s Work time settings.
For example, the object has two shifts configured:
  • 1st shift — from 06:00 to 17:00
  • 2nd shift — from 18:00 to 05:00
  • Friday — a non-working day
Shifts summary 2
The system uses this schedule to split the data into time intervals:
  • driving from 06:00 to 17:00 is included in the 1st shift
  • driving from 18:00 to 05:00 is included in the 2nd shift
  • driving between shifts and on non-working days is included outside shifts

What the report shows

  • Vehicle — the object
  • Start — the start of the report interval
  • End — the end of the report interval
  • 1st Shift (km) — mileage in the first shift
  • 2nd Shift (km) — mileage in the second shift
  • After Duty (km) — mileage outside shifts
  • Total (km) — total mileage
  • 1st Shift Hours — driving time in the first shift
  • 2nd Shift Hours — driving time in the second shift
  • After Duty Hours — driving time outside shifts
  • Ignition On (hh:mm) — total ignition on time
  • Running (hh:mm) — driving time
  • Idling (hh:mm) — idle time
  • Sensor (hh:mm) — operating time of the selected sensor
  • Trips — number of trips
  • Avg Speed — average trip speed
  • Avg Km / Trip — average mileage per trip
  • Avg Time (hh:mm) / Trip — average trip duration
  • Fuel Consumption — fuel consumption
