SIM сards
The SIM cards tab stores information about the SIM cards installed in the object’s main and additional devices. The availability of this tab depends on the user’s role and permissions. Users with Master permissions can add and edit SIM card details.

The information is grouped by device:
-
Main device — the object’s primary terminal
-
Additional device — other equipment added to the object card
Complete the following fields for each SIM card:
-
Slot — the number of the SIM card slot or position in the device. Enter 1 if the device supports one SIM card. For devices with multiple SIM cards, select the corresponding slot number.
-
MSISDN — the phone number assigned to the SIM card by the mobile network operator. Its length may vary by country and operator, so enter it in the format provided by your operator.
-
ICCID — the SIM card’s unique serial number. It usually contains 19 or 20 digits and can be found on the SIM card, its packaging, or in the operator’s online portal.
-
SIM provider — the mobile network operator that provides service for the SIM card.
