Statistics

The Statistics tab displays data transmission statistics and information about possible relay errors.
To open the statistics page, go to RelayingStatistics.
This page allows you to monitor relay performance, track data delivery success, analyze errors, and identify problematic objects or transmission destinations.
Statistics are generated from relay service data and are displayed according to the current user's permissions.
An administrator can view global statistics for the entire system or statistics for individual endpoints.
A partner user can view statistics only for their own endpoints and the endpoints of partners within their hierarchy.
 

Statistics view modes

For administrators, the Scope filter is available:
• Global — statistics for the entire relay system
• Endpoints — statistics for individual data transmission endpoints
Users with the Partner role can only work in Endpoints mode.
 

Statistics filters

The top section of the page contains filters used to select data for analysis.

Scope

Defines the source of statistics:
• Global — statistics for the entire system
• Endpoints — statistics for individual endpoints
Available to administrators only.

Protocol

Filters statistics by data transmission protocol.
Allows you to display statistics only for the selected protocol.

Metric

Determines which events are displayed in charts and tables.
Available values:
• All metrics — all metrics
• OK only — successfully accepted packets only
• Errors only — errors only
• Spooled only — queued packets only
• Dropped only — dropped packets only

Endpoint

Allows you to select a single endpoint or a group of endpoints for analysis.
Endpoints are grouped by partner.

Loop threshold/hour

Used to identify objects transmitting an unusually high number of packets.
If the number of packets exceeds the specified threshold, the object may appear in the Loop suspicion table.

From / To

Defines the beginning and end of the analysis period.
All chart timestamps are displayed in the user's local time zone using a 24-hour format.
 

Statistics charts

The upper section of the page contains charts that provide a quick overview of relay performance.

Traffic over time

Shows how the number of transmitted packets changes over time.
This chart helps identify:
— periods of high activity
— sudden increases in traffic load
— moments when errors occur
— periods with no data transmission

Outcome

Shows the distribution of transmission results.
The chart allows you to quickly see:
— how many packets were successfully accepted
— how many packets resulted in errors
— how many packets were placed in the queue
— whether there are transmission issues

By protocol

Compares statistics across different transmission protocols.
This chart helps determine:
— which protocol is used most frequently
— which protocol generates the most errors
— which protocols create the highest traffic load

By endpoint

Compares statistics between endpoints.
This chart helps identify:
— the most active endpoints
— endpoints with a high number of errors
— transmission destinations generating the highest load
 
When you click an endpoint in the By endpoint chart, the system automatically:
— selects that endpoint in the filters
— updates all other charts
— refreshes the statistics tables
— displays information only for the selected endpoint
 

Metrics

The following metrics are used throughout the statistics section.

Accepted / Ack

Number of packets successfully accepted by the external system.
A higher value indicates more successful data transmission.

Send

Number of packet transmission attempts.
Represents the total volume of outgoing traffic.

Errors

Number of transmission or connection errors.
An increase in this metric usually indicates connectivity issues, incorrect endpoint settings, or external system availability problems.

Spooled

Number of packets placed into the transmission queue.
These packets will be sent later when transmission becomes possible.

Dropped

Number of packets discarded by the service and not transmitted.

Queue

Current endpoint queue size.
If this value continuously increases, it may indicate problems delivering data to the external system.
 

Statistics tables

Several tables are displayed below the charts.

Top endpoints

Lists the endpoints that transmitted the highest number of packets during the selected period.
This helps identify the most active transmission destinations.

Recent endpoint errors

Displays the most recent relay errors.
This table helps identify the cause of transmission issues and determine which endpoint generated the error.

Top vehicles for endpoint

Lists the objects that generated the highest traffic volume for the selected endpoint.
Used for load analysis and identifying the most active objects.

Loop suspicion

Lists objects that exceeded the configured packet-per-hour threshold.
This may indicate:
— a data transmission loop
— incorrect device configuration
— a misconfigured integration
If objects appear in this list, it is recommended to review the relay configuration and verify the data source settings.
