Summary equipment report

The Summary Equipment Report provides daily performance data for vehicles and their installed equipment over the selected period. It helps you assess operating time, idling, operation under load, and downtime, as well as review the number of recorded actions, fuel consumption, and distance travelled.

• Object — the name of the monitored object

• Vehicle number — the registration number, fleet number, or another vehicle number specified in the system

• Date — the date for which the values were calculated

• Work time (Ignition sensor) — the operating time determined from the ignition sensor status

• Idling — the length of time the equipment operated without a load

• Under load — the length of time the equipment operated under load

• Downtime — the length of time the vehicle or equipment was not operating

• Actions number — the number of recorded operations or equipment activations

• Fuel consumption — the amount of fuel consumed during the corresponding day

• Distance — the distance travelled by the vehicle during the day

Operating times are displayed in hh:mm:ss format. The availability and accuracy of the data depend on the correct configuration of the ignition, load, equipment operation, and fuel consumption sensors. If the required data was not received, some fields may be blank or display zero or invalid values.
