Please review these system requirements to ensure stable operation with the PILOT platform.

Computer requirements

If you work with a large number of objects (more than 200), we recommend using a computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.

Internet connection

You’ll need an internet connection with a speed of at least 1 Mbps.
A stable connection is important, especially if multiple users are working at the same time.

Supported mobile operating systems

  • Android: version 10 or higher
  • iOS: version 14 or higher
Always keep your mobile operating system up to date for best performance.

If the platform is running slowly

  • Close unnecessary tabs and programs
  • Turn off extra map elements: objects, geofences, tracks
  • Use clustering to group markers on the map when working with many objects for better readability
  • Enable only the elements you need

    Additional recommendations

    • Regularly clear your browser cache
    • Check your antivirus settings
    • If you experience slowdowns, restart your browser
    • Use a wired internet connection if possible
