Template access
Use the Commands tab in the user’s profile to specify which command templates created in this account the user can use to control equipment. Templates are grouped by device type.
To grant access:
1. In the account settings, open Staff and Groups
2. Open the user’s profile
3. Go to Commands
4. Select the templates the user can access
5. Click Save
To select all templates, select the checkbox in the list header.
