Transactions

The Transactions tab displays operations performed with fuel cards. Here, you can find a specific transaction, view its refuelling details, and check whether the object’s location corresponds to the gas station coordinates.
 

How to find transactions

1. Specify the required period in From Date and To Date
2. Select a fuel card in Card

The table displays all transactions for the selected card and period.
 

How to view operation details

Select a transaction in the table. The Operation details panel opens on the right side of the screen.
It displays:
  • the company that provided the data
  • the fuel card number
  • the transaction date and time
  • the gas station
  • the object’s location
  • the odometer reading
  • the fuel type
  • the amount of fuel
  • the price
  • the total transaction amount
  • the refuelling amount recorded by the fuel sensor
  • the coordinate-matching result
  • a map showing the object’s location
     

Checking coordinate matching

PILOT compares the object’s location at the time of the transaction with the saved coordinates of the gas station. The coordinates are considered to match if the object is within 100 metres of the gas station.
The result is displayed in Coincidence:
  • the green Correspond status means that the object was within 100 metres of the specified gas station
  • the red Not correspond status means that the object was more than 100 metres away from the saved gas station coordinates.
A mismatch does not always mean that the transaction is incorrect. It may be caused by inaccurate gas station coordinates, positioning accuracy, or missing data.
If the fuel card is not linked to an object, PILOT cannot determine the object’s location for the check. In this case, the system displays a message stating that the card is not linked to an object.
If the gas station coordinates are missing, contact technical support. Provide the gas station name or ID, address, latitude, and longitude.
 

Configuring the table

To change the transaction table display, select the arrow in the required column header. The menu allows you to:
  • sort records in ascending or descending order
  • select which columns are displayed
  • group records by the selected parameter
  • display the data in groups
To select the displayed columns:
1. Open the menu in any column header
2. Select Columns
3. Select the columns you want to display
The Gas station column identifies the station specified in the transaction. You can view the coordinate-matching result in the operation details.
