Trips and parkings report (working hours) #2

The Trips and parkings report (working hours) #2 provides summary information about the movement of selected vehicles based on their work schedules. It allows you to determine when a vehicle was used, who drove it, where it traveled from and to, and review its movement duration, distance, and speed indicators.

• Vehicle — the vehicle name, registration number, or fleet number

• Driver — the driver assigned to the vehicle during the movement period

• Day — the day of the week on which the trips occurred

• Start — the date and time of the first movement within the included interval

• End — the date and time of the last movement within the included interval

• Duration — the total movement duration shown in the report row

• Distance — the total distance traveled by the vehicle

• From — the movement start address

• To — the movement end address

The addresses in the From and To columns are displayed as links and allow you to open the corresponding locations.

The following indicators, calculated using all rows for the corresponding date, are displayed below each daily section:

• Total odometer — the total distance traveled by the vehicle during the day

• Move Time — the total movement duration during the day

• Average Speed — the vehicle’s average speed during the day

• Max Speed — the highest speed recorded during the day

The following indicators, calculated using all data included in the selected reporting period, are displayed at the bottom of the report:

• Total odometer for period — the total distance traveled by the vehicle

• Move Time for period — the total movement duration

• Average Speed for period — the average speed during the entire period

• Max Speed for period — the highest speed recorded during the entire period

Before building the report, you can select which data to include:

• Only work hours — includes trips made within the object’s configured work schedule

• Only non-work hours — includes trips made outside the object’s configured work schedule

Working and non-working hours are determined by the vehicle’s work schedule settings.

When Only work hours is selected, the report shows vehicle use during the hours specified in the work schedule. This mode allows you to assess:

• the number and duration of work-related trips

• mileage during working hours

• movement start and end locations

• average and maximum speed

• the activity of the assigned driver

When Only non-work hours is selected, the report shows trips made outside the configured work schedule. This mode allows you to identify:

• movement before or after a work shift

• trips made on weekends or non-working days

• vehicle use outside permitted hours

• mileage and speed indicators during non-working hours
