Active tasks
The Active tab displays tasks that you have already accepted and are currently working on. Here, you can track task progress, work with route points, and complete tasks.

Each task is displayed as a card containing the following information:

task name and number
-
completion progress — the number of completed points out of the total number of points
-
scheduled start and end time
-
a progress indicator showing how much of the route has been completed
Sorting tasks
If the list contains many tasks, you can change the sorting order.
To do this:
1. Open the Active tab
2. Tap the list settings icon in the upper-right corner
3. In the List settings window, select a sorting option:

Newest first — newer tasks are displayed at the top of the list
-
Oldest first — older tasks are displayed at the top of the list4. Tap Apply
The list will be automatically updated according to the selected sorting option.
Viewing a task
To open a task, tap its card.

The task card displays:
-
scheduled start and end time
-
task type
-
additional information (contact details, cargo information, and other data)
-
the route with the list of points
If the task has been accepted, tap Start task to begin working on it.
Working with route points
After starting a task, the Next point section appears on the screen, showing the address of the next location to visit.
The following actions are available for the selected point:
-
Route — build a route in the navigation application installed on your device

Arrived — mark your arrival at the point
After tapping Arrived, the point becomes active.

The following additional actions become available:

-
add a comment
-
complete the point
-
open the More actions menu
Comments can be used to record additional information about completed work, deliveries, or other events.
Additional actions
The following options are available for the current point:
-
Copy address — copy the address to the clipboard

Show on map — view the point location on a map

Postpone point — temporarily postpone the point
The postpone feature may be useful in the following situations:
-
the recipient is temporarily unavailable;
-
the point cannot be completed due to external circumstances;
-
another point needs to be visited first.
After postponing a point, its status changes to Postponed, and the application suggests proceeding to the next point on the route. You can return to the postponed point later.

Task progress
The current task progress is displayed:
-
in the list of active tasks

-
in the task card under the Progress section

Task menu
The task menu button is located in the upper-right corner of the task card.
The following actions are available:

Complete task — finish the task
-
Show full route — open a map displaying all route points

Completing a task
After all required work has been completed and all route points have been processed, tap Complete task.
Once completed, the task is automatically moved to the Completed tab, where it remains available for review.
