How to сomplete a report
If a report has been configured for a task or route point, the Fill Report button will be available in the application.
A report can be assigned to:

a specific route point
-
the entire task
This depends on the settings configured by the operator in the web version of the system.
The number and types of fields in a report may vary. The information that must be provided is determined by the report form configuration.
Opening a report
1. Open an active task
2. If the report is assigned to a route point, navigate to the required point and tap Arrived

3. Tap Fill report
The report form will open.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. You will not be able to complete the report until all required fields have been filled in.
Filling out a report
Depending on the report configuration, the form may contain different types of fields, such as:

text fields;
-
numeric values;
-
selection lists;
-
switches and checkboxes;
-
comment and signature fields;
-
photos and file attachments.
Fill in all required information according to your organization's requirements.
Adding photos
If the form includes photo documentation, tap Add photo.

In the window that opens, select one of the following options:
-
Open camera — take a photo using your device's camera

Choose from gallery — attach an existing image from your device
You can add multiple photos if required.
Completing a report
1. Make sure all required fields have been completed
2. Verify that all entered information and attachments are correct
3. Tap Complete at the bottom of the screen
After the report is successfully completed, it will be saved and submitted to the system.
