PILOT Task manager

PILOT Task Manager (PTM) is a module within the PILOT system designed for task management. It acts as an electronic dispatcher and task manager: here you create tasks, assign performers, and track their completion.
With PTM, you can:
  • Create and assign tasks
  • Plan work by dates and routes
  • Monitor task status and deadlines
  • Work with reports and the calendar
Who uses PTM:
  • Dispatchers and logisticians: Plan and assign tasks
  • Drivers and performers: Receive tasks and mark them as completed
  • Managers: View reports and results
 
Access to PTM functions depends on your role and permissions.
If you have administrator rights, you will have access to all functions. For users with limited permissions, only the necessary set of features for their work will be visible.
