Analytics templates

A template saves your selected infoblocks and graphs so you can return to the same set of metrics without configuring the Dashboard again.

For example, you can create separate templates for fuel monitoring and equipment utilisation, then switch between them.

 

1. Click the settings button above the Objects list

2. In Dashboard settings, select the informers and graphs you want to display. Clear the checkboxes for metrics you want to hide

3. Click Save as new template

4. Enter a name in Template name

5. To share the template with all users, select Mutual

6. Click Save

The new template will appear in the template list.

 

Select a template from the drop-down list above Objects. The Dashboard will display its saved set of metrics for the selected vehicles.

You can apply the same template to different vehicles. Vehicles and the date range are selected separately.

1. Open Dashboard settings

2. In Template, select the template you want to edit

3. Select additional metrics or clear the checkboxes for those you want to remove

4. Click Save

The selected template will be updated. To save a different set of metrics as a separate template, click Save as new template.

 

Open the Template list in Dashboard settings and click the trash icon next to the template you want to delete.
