Availability кeport

The Availability Report shows vehicle availability for the selected period based on recorded breakdowns. It allows you to determine the fleet size, number of unavailable vehicles, total downtime, and availability percentage.
The Service module must be configured to generate the report. If vehicle breakdowns and downtime periods were recorded, the fleet availability percentage decreases.

What the report shows

  • Entity or User Dept — the entity or user group for which the values were calculated
  • Fleet Size — the total number of vehicles in the group
  • Vehicles Down — the number of vehicles that were unavailable during the selected period
  • Total Days Down — the total duration of vehicle downtime
  • % Age Availability — the percentage of time the vehicles were available for operation, based on recorded breakdowns
