Exporting and importing templates

Export and import command templates to transfer them between accounts without configuring them again. First, save the required templates to a JSON file, then upload the file to another account.

The destination account must have the Commands module enabled. Templates can only be used with the device type they were created for.

1. On the Online tab, click Commands on the toolbar above the object list

2. In the Commands window, click the templates icon to open Commands Templates

3. Select the templates you want to export from the list of templates created in the account

4. Click Export

The selected templates will be saved to your computer as a JSON file.

 

1. In the destination account, open Commands on the Online tab

2. Open Commands Templates

3. Click Import

4. Select the JSON file containing the templates.

The destination account must have the Commands module enabled and use devices of the same type. After importing, configure user access to the templates.
