Graphs and charts
Graphs help you compare vehicles and track changes over the selected period. Charts show how vehicles, distance, or time are distributed across categories.
Hover over a graph or chart element to see a tooltip with its value.

Today live statistics
The Today live statistics section displays data for the last 24 hours, including:
-
Action Status — vehicles grouped by activity
-
Communication — the proportion of vehicles that are connected, disconnected, or have never transmitted data. The legend shows how long vehicles have been disconnected
-
Mileage — vehicles grouped by distance travelled relative to the specified Limit. For example, a limit of 100 km separates vehicles that travelled less than 100 km from those that travelled more

-
Violations — the number of vehicles by recorded violation type, such as harsh acceleration, braking, or turns
-
Geofences — the number of vehicles inside each geofence
-
PTM Status — status information available when the corresponding module is enabled
The available data depends on the enabled modules and the information received. For example, Eco driving, PTM, and geofence violation monitoring provide additional metrics.

Geofences
The Geofences chart lists geofence names along the bottom. Each bar shows the number of vehicles inside that geofence.

To view these vehicles on the map:
1. Right-click the bar for the geofence
2. Select Show vehicles on main map

The map will open with the vehicles from the selected geofence. These vehicles will also be selected in the Objects list.

To return, open Dashboard from the main menu.
Speed pies
The Speed pies section shows how driving distance and driving time are distributed across speed ranges.

The example uses these ranges:
-
below 60 km/h
-
60–90 km/h
-
above 90 km/h
The Mileage chart shows the proportion of distance travelled in each speed range. The Time chart shows the proportion of driving time spent in each range.

Vehicle graphs
Vehicle graphs show how metrics change over the selected period. In the dashboard template settings, you can enable graphs for:
-
driving distance and average driving distance
-
average speed
-
driving time and average driving time
-
fuel consumed and fuel consumption per 100 km
-
idle time and average idle time
-
equipment utilisation and average utilisation time
-
vehicles in operation
-
cost per kilometre and operating costs

Use the list above the graphs to group data by day, week, or month:
-
Split by Days
-
Split by Weeks
-
Split by Months
When grouped by month, each point on the Driving distance graph shows the total for that calendar month within the selected date range. If only part of a month is selected, only those days are included.
The available options depend on the length of the selected period.
To display all available groupings at once, select Show Combined. The graphs will appear in separate sections: daily, weekly, and monthly, if the selected period supports monthly grouping.

Create reports from graphs
To explore a metric in more detail, right-click its graph and select a report. The available reports depend on the graph.
For example, the Driving distance, km graph provides these options:
-
Create Mileage Report
-
Create Mileage Report #2
-
Create Mileage Report (Driver)

You can also open available reports on fuel consumption and equipment operation in the same way.
To create a report:
1. Right-click the graph
2. Select the report you need, such as Create Mileage Report
3. The report will be generated in Reports, where you can view duration, distance, addresses, and other details included in the selected report

To return, open Dashboard from the main menu.
Vehicles ratings
The Vehicles ratings section helps you compare vehicles by a selected metric, such as driving distance, number of trips, fuel consumed, or idle time.

Three lists above the chart control how the data is displayed.
1. Name / Model
Choose whether vehicles are labelled by Name or Model.

2. Bar / Pie
Choose the chart type.

In Bar mode, each vehicle is represented by a horizontal bar. The longer the bar, the higher the value. Values appear on the bars. Hover over a bar to see the vehicle name and value.

In Pie mode, each vehicle is represented by a coloured segment of a ring. The segment size shows the vehicle’s share of the total. Labels show the vehicle name and value.

Hover over a chart element to view its value.

3. Metric
Choose the metric used to compare vehicles.

Driving quality
The dashboard template settings include Eco driving Informers and Eco driving Charts. These sections help you assess driving behaviour and review recorded events.
You can enable Total fine, Eco driving RAG score, and metrics for harsh acceleration, harsh braking, harsh turns, speeding, and seat belt violations. Some metrics are available as averages or values per 100 km.
Depending on the available data, the following events may also be displayed:
|

|
|
Forward collision
|
Warnings of a potential frontal collision
|
|
Pedestrian collision
|

Items with Average in their names show average values. In driving quality metrics, fine refers to the system’s penalty score for recorded violations.
