How to work with the notifications List
All created notifications are displayed in the Notifications tab in Account settings.

Here you can:
The table displays all notifications available in the current account.

For each notification, the following information is shown:
-
ID — the internal notification identifier
-
User — the user who created the notification
-
Name — the notification name
-
Type — the event type the notification is based on
-
Date — the date and time when the notification was created
-
Transport — the objects assigned to the notification
The following actions are available on the right side of each row:
The tab includes notification export and import functions. You can use already configured notifications as templates and transfer them to another account.
1 — Export notifications
2 — Import notifications
Export notifications
When exporting, the current list of notifications is saved as a JSON file.
1. Click Export notifications
2. The system will create a file in JSON format
This file can be used as a template — for example, to quickly configure notifications in another account.
The following data is automatically excluded from the file during export: vehicles, geofences, phone numbers, and email addresses. This is done because another account may contain different objects and contacts. After import, this data must be specified manually.
Import notifications
Import allows you to upload previously saved notifications from a JSON file.
Before importing, choose the appropriate option:
-
Do not remove old notifications — new notifications will be added to the existing ones
-
Remove old notifications — current settings will be replaced with the imported ones

How to import:
1. Select the file to upload
2. Click Import
The Enable auto add notifications option determines whether notifications will be automatically applied to new objects.
If this option is enabled, all created notifications are automatically assigned to new objects that you add to the account.
If this option is disabled, new objects will need to be added to notifications manually.
