Report types

In PILOT, all reports are grouped by type depending on their purpose and the data they use.

Each report is generated as a table. Tables are the main way data is displayed in reports. Each report type has its own set of columns, calculation logic, and display settings.

The system includes basic reports used to analyze standard monitoring data such as trips, mileage, driving time, events, and other common indicators. These reports are available regardless of which modules are connected.

The system also provides module-based reports. These are designed to work with specific system modules (for example, Drivers, Fuel, Geofences, etc.) and use additional data and settings that are available only when the corresponding module is active.
