Services
In the Services tab, you can manage all service records, create templates, and set reminders. Here’s how it works:

This section shows all created service records. You can:
— work with the list of service records
— create a new service record
— add service objects
— add completed jobs and spare parts
— set service reminders
— use additional functions in each service record
Templates help quickly create standard service records. Here you will learn:

Keep track of upcoming services and never miss important dates. You can:

This section shows all service records added to the system.

Working with the service list:

Customize the list: select which columns and parameters to display

Delete unnecessary records by clicking the
icon next to the row

Use the buttons in the top-right corner:

— Show filters
— opens fields for data filtering

— Refresh
— updates the service list

— Create service — click
to add a new service record

1. Click Create service 

2. In the window that opens, fill in the service information:

General information:
-
Template — select a template to auto-fill fields
-
Occurrence — indicate if it’s a one-time or recurring service
-
Service name — enter the service title
-
Supplier — select from the dropdown (see below on how to add a supplier)
-
Service status — mark as completed or not
-
Invoice number — e.g., invoice or internal document number
-
Service type — choose from the list
-
Date and time — specify when the service was or will be performed
-
Comment — add a note if necessary
Service objects
Specify which objects are involved in this service:
In the Add to objects section, select one or more objects from the dropdown list

To remove an object, click the Delete button
next to it.


Jobs
How to add a job:
1. Go to the Jobs section
2. Click Add job 


3. In the window that opens, fill in:

Job name
-
Service type — select from the list
-
Cost and quantity
-
Comment — if needed4. Mark Completed if the job is finished5. Click Save

Added jobs will appear in the list. The total cost of all jobs will be calculated at the bottom.

Parts
How to add a spare part:
1. Go to the Parts section
2. Click Add part 


3. In the window that opens, fill in:

Part name
-
Part type — select from the list
-
Supplier or manufacturer — select from the list
-
Part code, price, count
-
Comment — if needed4. Mark Completed if the part has been installed5. Click Save

Added parts will appear in the spare parts list, and their total cost will be calculated automatically.

In the Reminders section, you can set automatic notifications for services.

How to create a reminder:
1. Go to Reminders
2. Click Add reminder 

3. In the new window, fill in:

Reminder name
-
Service date
Optional fields:
-
Repeat interval — how often the reminder should repeat
-
Days before — how many days before the service to send the notification
-
Mileage or engine hours
-
Mileage/engine hours interval
-
Notification method — email or othersTo receive email notifications, confirm your email in Privacy

Reminder text:— Subject — what the reminder is about— Header — what will appear at the top of the message— Message text — you can use variables for automatic data substitution:

%current_time%— current time
-
%reminder_name%— reminder name
-
%current_moto%— current mileage
-
%current_mil%— current mileage in miles
-
%agent_id%— account ID
-
%vehicle_name%— vehicle name

%driver_name%— driver name
Example: Planned maintenance for %vehicle_name% scheduled on %current_time%
4. Click Save — the reminder will appear in the list
In a service record, you can manage tables for objects, jobs, spare parts, and reminders. Select which columns to display.

Completing a service record
After filling in the information, click Save
in the top-right corner.


The service will appear in the All services list.

Additional functions
Click the three dots
in the top-right corner:

Download — download a file with service data

Print — print a maintenance report
-
Create template — save the current service as a template
-
Delete — delete the service record
The Templates tab stores all saved service templates. Templates help quickly create new service records without re-entering all information.

How to create a template:
1. Create a new service record or open an existing one
2. Click the three-dot
menu → Create template


3. Enter the template name

4. Optionally, select the vehicle make, model, and modification
To add a make, click
, enter the name, and click OK


5. Click Save — the template will appear in the Templates tab
How to edit a template:
1. Go to Templates
2. Double-click the template

3. Edit the name, brand, or model

4. Click Save
How to delete a template:
Click the Delete icon
next to the template in the list.


How to apply a template:
1. In All services, click Create service

2. Select the desired template

3. All saved details (parts, jobs, reminders) will auto-fill
4. Select objects, date, and time
5. Click Save — the new service record will appear in the list

The Reminders tab shows all created reminders.

How to edit a reminder:
1. Double-click the reminder in the list
2. Edit the data as needed
