Shifts summary

The Shifts summary report provides summarized information about vehicle activity in relation to a base working geofence, such as Office. It shows when a vehicle started operating and first arrived at the base geofence, how long it remained there, the number of departures, daily mileage, and odometer readings.

The data is generated for each vehicle by day within the selected period.

To generate the report correctly, assign one base geofence to the vehicle and enable the Working option for it. The system will use this geofence to register entries and exits.

• Vehicle — the vehicle name, registration number, or fleet number

• Start Date — the date for which the values were calculated

• Start Time — the time when the vehicle started operating

• Time of arrival in the base geofence “Office” — the time of the vehicle’s first arrival in the working geofence

• Duration of downtime in the base geofence during the day — the total time the vehicle remained stationary within the working geofence

• Number of trips outside the base geofence during the day — the number of registered departures from the working geofence

• Time of last entry into the base geofence during the day — the time of the last registered entry

• Time of last departure from the base geofence during the day — the time of the last registered departure

• Odometer reading at the beginning of the day — the odometer value at the beginning of the reporting period

• Odometer reading at the end of the day — the odometer value at the end of the reporting period

• Mileage — the distance traveled by the vehicle during the day

Downtime duration is determined according to the parking settings configured for the corresponding vehicle.
