User menu and settings

In the Menu section, you will find personal user settings and general app parameters. This is where you can configure how the app functions, manage your profile, and adjust the appearance of the interface.

User profile

In the User profile block, your name or username is displayed.
If you want to switch to another account, tap on your username. A list of profiles you've used before will appear. If you've selected the Remember me option for these accounts, you can easily switch to them without re-entering your login details.

 

 If you wish to log out of the current account, go to the Profiles tab and tap the Log out button.

Dashboard

In the Dashboard tab, you can visually review the key performance indicators of your vehicles. Here you can see overall statistics and detailed graphs for various parameters.

Statistics are displayed for the last 24 hours.
At the top of the screen, there are information blocks with the main indicators, such as:
  • Idle time
  • Mileage
  • Number of vehicles
  • Operating time
Below are charts that help you visually assess the situation, for example: “Vehicle status”, “Connection”, “Mileage”, “Geofences”, and others.
The set of available graphs depends on the modules you have enabled. If you have the PTM module, “Geofences”, and other modules connected, the corresponding graphs will automatically appear in Dashboard.
   

How to customize dashboard

You can independently choose which information blocks and graphs you want to see:
1. Tap the settings button

2. In the Vehicles Infoblocks section, check the indicators you need
3. In the Charts section, select the charts that are important to you
All graphs you created in the web version (including those made using templates) are also available in the mobile app

Chart customization

Some charts allow additional configuration. For example, in the Mileage chart, you can set a limit (e.g., 10 000 km).

After setting the limit, the chart will show:
  • How many vehicles have traveled less than 10 000 km
  • How many vehicles have traveled more than 10 000 km
You can set any limit value that helps you better understand the statistics.
 

Address representation

In this tab, you can configure which parts of the address will be displayed in the system — for example, in object cards, reports, or history.

Go to the Address representation tab and use the toggles to select the address components you want to see. Once you're done, tap the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
 
You can enable or disable the following elements:
  • House number
  • Street
  • City
  • Postal code
  • Region
  • Country
  • Suburb
  • Info
  • Geofences
  • Hide address if geofence exists — when enabled, the system will display only the geofence name if the object is located inside a geofence, instead of the full address.
  • Reverse address values — when enabled, the address will be displayed in reverse order, starting from the country and ending with the house number.
 

Settings

In the Settings tab, you can configure how the app works and appears, including map settings and data refresh intervals.

Main settings:
  • Language — сhoose the language of the app interface
  • Update interval for objects — set how often the app should update the location data for objects (e.g., every 20 seconds)
  • High location accuracy — enable this option to use more precise methods for determining the location
  • Show Zoom button — if enabled, a zoom button will appear on the map for easy scaling
  • Group objects on the map — еnable this option to group nearby objects into clusters for easier viewing
  • Show geofence names — еnable this function to display geofence names on the map
Layer visibility:
  • Visibility of KML layers — enable or disable the display of KML/KMZ layers that were uploaded in the web version (e.g., additional boundaries or objects) on the map
  • Visibility of tile layers — toggle this option to show or hide additional map layers
Account management:
At the bottom of the screen, you will find the option to delete your account. However, to fully delete your account, you will need to contact technical support.

Appearance

In the Appearance section, you can choose how the app interface looks:

  • Light theme — the app will be displayed in light colors
   
  • Dark theme — the app will use dark colors. This theme is often preferred for night-time use or low-light environments
   
The appearance will match your device’s theme if you select System default.
 

Additional menu tabs

Additional tabs, such as Geofences, Drivers, Inspections, Commands, Video, become available when you connect specific modules in your account.
