User menu and settings
The Menu section contains the user profile, financial information, and the main mobile app settings. Here you can switch between profiles, check the account balance, add funds, configure address display, change app settings, and select an interface theme.

This article covers:
-
User profile — switching between saved profiles and signing out
-
Finance — viewing the organization’s account details and adding funds via Stripe
-
Address display — selecting which address components appear in the app
-
Settings — configuring the language, object update interval, map options, and layer visibility
-
Appearance — selecting the light, dark, or system theme
The available tabs depend on the enabled modules and the user’s permissions.
The menu may also include Geofences, Drivers, Inspections, Dashboard, AI Support, Commands, and Video. These features are described in separate articles.

In the User profile block, your name or username is displayed.
If you want to switch to another account, tap on your username. A list of profiles you've used before will appear. If you've selected the Remember me option for these accounts, you can easily switch to them without re-entering your login details.
If you wish to log out of the current account, go to the Profiles tab and tap the Log out button.
The Finance tab displays information about the organization’s account:
-
Organization — the organization name
-
Account Number — the account identifier in the system
-
Deposit — the deposited amount
-
Balance — the current account balance
-
Available Balance — the amount available for use
-
SMS Balance — the number of available SMS messages
How to add funds via Stripe
Stripe is a payment service that supports secure payments by bank card and other available payment methods. If Stripe payments are enabled for your account, you can add funds through the mobile app:
1. Open the Finance tab
2. Enter the amount in the Pay with Stripe section
3. Tap Pay
4. On the Stripe page, select a payment method and confirm the payment
5. After the payment has been processed successfully, return to the app and check the balance
In this tab, you can configure which parts of the address will be displayed in the system — for example, in object cards, reports, or history.
Go to the Address representation tab and use the toggles to select the address components you want to see. Once you're done, tap the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
